Communication
Study and work in international environments like SAP and VGU give me the opportunities to sharpen my skills of presenting and communicating in English quite fluently, which also help me in transferring my ideas to others without any barrier.
Working in group
No one can live without accompany, and a team is where you synergize individual skills to create the most value. The best team is where you are appreciated for your effort but also given chances for innovation, improvement through retrospectives, brainstorming and discussion sessions. I am thankful that I had always been in teams like that, and now I thrive to create other teams that can make the most value out of its people and give everyone chances to develop themselves at the ways they want to.
Time management
Time management is often considered as a critical factor for oneself to be successful. The keyword for it is “balance”, but it is the hardest thing to achieve at the same time. I am trying every day to develop myself, not only in professional aspects but also things which help me improve myself or create connection with others such as learning new languages…

Books
I love to read while having free time, book is not considered as human best friend for nothing. You can carry it anywhere you like. My reading habit is not just for discovering new things, but it can just for relaxing after a long day of work. TBH, I am also a big fan of Doraemon.
Internet of Things (IoT)
I am very interested in this kind of "new" technology, in which you can monitoring everything inside out
and remotely control it the ways you like. IoT brings the concepts of linking every little things together
to build The Next Big Things
I have worked with multiple side projects or research projects in my company with multiple kind of SoC
from as simple as Arduino, ESPx or complex ones such as Raspberry Pi, each of them has its own strong points
which build up their irreplacable roles in IoT world.
